Property Maintenance Costs.

Is there a list somewhere of how these costs are determined, and do these costs include everything that a player builds?
eg are objects like Gardens,Ornaments, Parks and Plazas also included in these costs.
Are towns which are founded by a player included or industries which are funded by a player also included in property maintenence costs.

From each of the Finance and Company windows, there's a button that'll take you to the Infrastructure details.
If you have Infrastructure maintenance costs turned on, you'll see what it's costing you.

Industries and towns founded by players are entirely independent of the player as soon as they get built. You don't have any ownership of it.

I assume that the property maintenence costs are affected by inflation and go up as the game progresses.

If you have inflation turned on (some NewGRF's don't work if you do - they should have their own inflation mechanism), then yes, they should go up as the game progresses.
