[OTTD] Temporal8´s Real Houses Townset 32bpp !!
Finally after 2 years of development I present my Townset! Avaivable for download via ingame downloader (bananas / 150mb) Enjoy!
For correct use, the option "disable original buildings" must be "ON" in newgrf "set parameters"
Avaivable Years: 1970 to 9999.
I recommend using it with my Real Industries 32bpp set for better 32bpp experience!
and CZ Ground, CZTR Road set and CZTR tree set 2.01.

Is there a plan to make older buildings as well? I've been playing fairly long games since 1850

I couldn't say at this moment, I have finished a 2 years hard work on this, maybe in the future.
I also don't know if it is possible since I have used all the available space that a newgrf allows, perhaps a different newgrf that covers another previous era, I would have to analyze if it is technically possible but what is certain will not happen in the short term.

First of all, thank you for the amazing work on this GRF, it's really incredible!
Perhaps this is already a known issue, but I notice that the frame rate drops by 50% when a lot of the buildings are in the frame.
Is this something that will be addressed in future releases?

I don't think it's possible since it's probably due to the number of different graphics that the grf has, it occupies all the building ids.
Tip: In NewGRF settings --> set parameters --> Disable original buildings.
I'm not sure if it works for an existing game but for those starting a new game.
Perhaps in an existing game, the original buildings do not appear again, in a new game they do not appear from the beginning.

FYI, the performance issues with this NewGRF have been logged as a bug with regard to the animation callback, and some patches have been created by JGR for his patch pack. How much those patches help performance and when and if they will be backported to vanilla OpenTTD, I don't know.
