Typo's in 'Project Goals' section of CONTRIBUTING.md

Dunno if this is worthy of a Bug/PR being raised on GitHub, so I'm reporting it here. (Mods: Move this post to a more suitable section of the forum if needed/desired)
I'm happy to raise this as a Bug report or PR if appropriate.

I've just read through the CONTRIBUTING.md file on GitHub, and noticed a spelling mistake and a possible grammatical error.

To please everyone, the official branch tries to stay close to the original gameplay; after all, that is what everyone brought here. The preferred method to alter and extent the gameplay is via add-ons like NewGRF and GameScripts.

Underlined are the two errors, as I see them.

Below are my suggestions to fix:

2. extend
