Hi,

In configuration file, you have something like "Cargo (0,1,2,3 ...) delivery requirement". Those numbers refer to which cargo ? For example, what is the number for steel or coal ?
Also i would like to grow all cities or towns like if they were all selected at game start. Can i change selected town during the game ? My goal is feeding all towns instead of only one.
I will play it single-player.
