Station Ratings.

This may be possible already but I cant find any info regarding this issue, but what Im trying to achieve is to be informed via the News/Advisors when your rating for a station falls to Atrocious or a similar bad rating.
This usually flags that something has gone badly wrong for the transport logistics that have been set up to service this station, and the player needs to fix the problem ASAP.
If this capability is not currently possible would this be possible to add.
