Hi,
I'm in progress of developing some game script for city growth. However as you know you can only put one text in city window which makes it having many parameters. Just wonder why limit is hardcoded to 20? Any reasons behind this?
Another question is about special strings, is there way to put your own string generated in game script via parameter? Eg. I generate team names in game script and want to use it in GSText, but these names are random each time.

hardcoded limits are usually rooted deep in the history of the game, possibly dating back to the original from 1994.
