Scenario editor: include import_towns patch, add coordinate display

I've been working on and off on a fairly huge real-world based scenario. There are a couple of improvements that would make a fairly big difference, which I'd love to see implemented:
  • Include Zydeco's import_towns patch in the mainline build
  • Include a full-time-visible display of the grid coordinates of the mouse cursor (as you would see in the info dialog) as an overlay within the scenario editor (maybe just simple text visible in a screen corner)
These would be hugely useful. I'm in the process of grabbing source code for my current version so I can compile a custom build just to get this tool - I've got about 500 towns to load into this scenario. If this patch doesn't break something critical, it'd sure be nice to have built in - I've got a lot of interest in scenario building, and it'd make life a whole lot easier in the future.
