Why aren't there any passengers at some stations?

Why aren't there any passengers at some stations?
I hope this question has not been already answered (in case, may someone please link me to the relevant thread?)
In the pictures attached, a bus & truck station is located near the center of a town, surrounded by big buildings (the bus stop is even hidden by one of them, but it's visible in the second picture).
Several buses stop there (as shown in the third picture).
In such conditions, I would expect some (or probably a lot of) passengers to be waiting at the station. But there aren't any (see 1st and 2nd pictures).
Also, when the buses stop, nobody gets down.
The big question is: why? What's wrong with this station?
I just showed one, but the same happens in other stations, too.
Side questions:
There isn't any rating (see second picture). Is it just because there aren't any passengers, or is it anything strange?
In the third picture, I see a lot of "planned" passengers. What does it mean? And what do the other options mean? (Is there a page in the manual explaining this setting?)
By the position, one would infer that it's a sorting option, but how do 1131 passenger become 0 when differently sorted?!?
Thanks in advance for any help.

What do the orders for your buses look like?
If there isn't any rating for the cargo, it means that no vehicle has ever attempted to pick up that cargo on that station. My guess is that your bus orders are set to "No loading" or "Transfer and leave empty".
The latter (Transfer) would also explain the "Planned" passengers: That's passenger numbers that the game expects to be dropped off to transfer at that station later.

Tank you very much for answering my question.
The buses have simple "Go to" orders(*). I show a couple of them in the new attached picture, but they are all shared (just checked all of them before posting).
(*) twice - but other stations with two orders work normally, in this game and in the previous ones.
Other ideas...?
Thank you so much, anyway.

Re: Why aren't there any passengers at some stations?
I "investigated" a bit, and it turns out that I was not exactly right.
After a bus visits the stop, some passenger do exist, but they vanish soon.
Would you please have a look at this .gif in the "spoiler"? (they are two recordings joined together) P.S. In those little time intervals, when there are passengers, the station also has a rating (not shown in the .gif, but I just checked).
It looks almost like something is happening too fast (?)

Re: Why aren't there any passengers at some stations?
How large is rating?
Re: Why aren't there any passengers at some stations?
Company rating is irrelevant here.
If station rating is below 50%, cargo is systematically removed.
Add one bus with load full order, to keep rating higher.
Alternatively increase station waiting time in timetable for all buses.
