Thanks
The realistic braking behaviour is described here: https://github.com/JGRennison/OpenTTD-p ... ic-braking
This has nothing to do with previous yellow signal patch attempts.
You realy not interested in this feature for realistic bracking system?
This is because patch is too old? Or by other reasons?
If this is because a patch too old, if I'm try to rewrite it for new versions and feachures, you will think about adding it, howewer like a fork of Realistic bracking?
If you want make something, maki it yourself. If you want to maki it by programming, just get this task to another programmist :D

What exactly is your issue with the realistic braking system currently implemented in the patch pack? What changes would you like to see?

For example, if I set duration to 2880 minutes and start time to 00:00, is it possible to add 2 departure slots for both 07:00 in the first day and 07:00 in the second day?
any timetable intervals are limited to 64k ticks, which is about 30 realtime minutes, or just over 2 game years with default daylength

How are timetable intervals related to departure slots?

What I want to ask is whether I can add 2 departure slots with the same clock time but in different days.

The scheduled dispatch algorithm itself can handle this case, but I am not sure if the UI can tbh. May need to patch some UI code.

It seems to be the case that "effect of distance on demand" for cargodist affects cargos even if they're set to "asymmetric equal distribution"? It would make sense if equal distribution would override any distance on demand settings because it makes sense for things like enginerering supplies to be distributed evenly regardless of distance.

I tried but the gui only allowed me to create depature slots between 00:00 and 23:59. There did not exist option to select the departure slot is on which day.

Looks like compiler version is too old. What version is your OS?

Yeah, latest versions of OpenTTD require GCC version 8 or newer.

Ubuntu 18.04 comes with GCC 7.4.0. As _dp_ said, OpenTTD required GCC 8.0 at least.

You probably need to install gcc-8 and g++-8 package, along with update-alternative to make CMake actually using GCC 8.0

Yes you are right.Thank you.
Now I have compiled the latest Openttd JGRPP.
---------------------------------------------------
My solution GCC 8.0 for Ubuntu 18.04:
---------------------------------------------------
sudo apt update
sudo apt install g++-8
sudo apt install gcc-8
sudo rm /usr/bin/gcc
sudo rm /usr/bin/g++
sudo ln -s /usr/bin/gcc-8 /usr/bin/gcc
sudo ln -s /usr/bin/g++-8 /usr/bin/g++

I assume using "update-alternative" instead of manually removing and creating links is probably the cleaner and healthier option.

How do I enable these? I can't find them anywhere.

They're in the cheat menu, which is accessed through CTRL + ALT + C.

Ah. In that case the version I'm running (0.33.2) probably predates their inclusion.
Bummer.
