Setting disable bridge max speeds

Hey, I was wondering if it was possible to add a setting to remove bridge max speed, because that'd be nice for playthroughs where you just want things to look pretty.

I'm pretty sure there is a NewGRF that will do that. (If a NewGRF can change it, then it doesn't need a setting.)

Here's some published source code for modifying default bridge speeds. Could be handy for setting them ridiculously high.
