Can't add order to vehicle (Solved)

I' having trouble adding an order to a goods van. I get the error "Can't insert new order...". This only appears to be happening to a particular town (Plundhattan Ridge, see screenshot and savegame) as I can add orders to vehicles that are in towns further into the map. I can't make boats go to the dock of the town either. I have tried increasing the station spread from the default (12?) to 20, but this has not made a difference. I've tried buying a goods van from a different depot and using that, but this also has not worked.

We (actually, me) accidentally introduced a bug in 1.9.3 that makes it impossible to add new orders to a station where the tile below the station sign is not part of that station.
You will have to either move the station sign (by removing a station part) or build a station tile below the sign, such as a road stop or rail station tile.

That's a bizarre bug, but your suggestion has fixed it! Thanks for your help!
