Sweden burining
how is this possible?
Sweden cars: 80 set on fire by gangs in several cities
https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-45181321
Dozens of cars have been set alight in Sweden overnight, in what police say may be a co-ordinated criminal action.
Up to 80 vehicles were badly damaged by gangs of black-clad youths, beginning at about 21:00 local time (19:00 GMT).
Most of the damage took place in the western city of Gothenburg, but incidents were also reported in cities up to 100km (60 miles) away.
Prime Minister Stefan Lofven said: "It looks like very coordinated, almost like a military operation."
Cars were also damaged in Trollhattan to the north of Gothenburg, and Falkenberg to the south.

I'm seeing Chrill come here and talk to us about all the problems in Sweden.

Well, he's getting married.
Coincidence?! You decide. I suggest nothing.

Re: Sweden burining
I don't see why this is worthy of a topic, though. A bunch of kids got together via social media and decided to burn cars. Yeah it's idiotic, yeah it's dangerous, nobody thinks differently.
My Scenarios:
Archipiélago Hermoso (Latest Release: Version 3.2)
Turnpike Falls (Latest Release: Version 0.91)

Re: Sweden burining
Just some kids burning automobiles. Who, as a kid, hasn't burned an automobile or two?

Re: Sweden burining
Plenty of kids get involved in daft stuff because they’re... kids.
Is it acceptable? No.
Is it widespread? Well there’s 4.7m cars in Sweden so 80 being damaged is hardly massive.
Riots aren’t pleasant, naturally.

Re: Sweden burining
They got themselves worse burnings already.
And on OP post :
Can we do anything about it ? No.
Is it worth blaming anything ? No.
Why even a thread.

Well, but it's just a weird thing. How many social-media organized "let's burn some cars" events have you heard of?Dave wrote:Is it widespread? Well there’s 4.7m cars in Sweden so 80 being damaged is hardly massive.

Re: Sweden burining
The London Riots were heavily organised over whatsapp and whatever else was cool back then, it briefly made the government try barring them, or at least making them less secure so logs can be dumped if the police needed it.Pyoro wrote:Well, but it's just a weird thing. It's also likely a lot more occur than actually gets reported, certainly a lot more than people think merit threads, anyway.

We judge the OP, but we don't judge the actual arsonists

Well, when the vast majority of your recent posts on the forum have been solely to insight arguments and such, it's hard not to judge the OP in this case.Train<In>Vain wrote:We judge the OP, but we don't judge the actual arsonists
As Dave has said, it didn't really deserve a thread. Perhaps you want to comment on the shooting in Manchester or the Acid or Car attacks in London next The fact you full on targeted a country that you damn well know one of the forum moderators lives in, and one on several occasions you have had disagreements with, in the hope he would bite is rather despicable really.

Re: Sweden burining
I did not target any country. The article was written by the BBC. British Broadcasting Corporation. Please direct your complaint to the BBC.

Yes... but you reposted the BBC's content here.

Pilot covered it quite thoroughly.Train<In>Vain wrote:Tell me why shouldn't I.
Probably best to let this topic die here before it escalates further.
Re: Sweden burining
Either lock it or simply delete entirely. Although at first i did comment on this, i really didn't and don't think every incident implicating burning cars should have a thread for them.

All I saw covered thoroughly was an ad-hominem criticism of the OP.Redirect Left wrote:Pilot covered it quite thoroughly.Train<In>Vain wrote:Tell me why shouldn't I.

Re: Sweden burining
Maybe you should try to understand why the OP has been criticized ?
Re: Sweden burining
There's something called The Law, if you forgot.Train<In>Vain wrote:... We don't judge the actual arsonists...
Law that's not problematic to laypersons should just be done as it should. No need for a freakin discussion thread in a freakin transport game forum.
