[Base Music] Barry Taylor's Traditional Tunebook

Post by muttlol »

Hi,

I have been playing Open TTD for a couple of years, and I took time during this years' holidays to contribute some new content.

Specifically, I will be shortly adding a few music sets.

The music is taken from Barry Taylor's Traditional Music Tunebook http://www.contemplator.com/tunebook/index.htm
The Tunebook contains ~500 high quality MIDI files, which I will divide as such:
  • Traditional American Music, Volumes 1-2
  • Traditional Canadian Music, Volumes 1-5
  • Traditional English Music, Volumes 1-3
  • Traditional Irish Music, Volumes 1-5
  • Traditional Scottish Music, Volumes 1-5
  • Traditional Welsh Music, Volumes 1-2
The MIDI files contain Public Domain music and were sequenced by Barry Taylor.
The distribution of the files complies with the author's copyright requests: http://www.contemplator.com/tunebook/readme.htm

I hope you'll enjoy this music!

I didn't make those files, I just collected what I remembered listening to in 1998.
The author (Barry Taylor) doesn't seem to be active anymore, so I am afraid there won't be any addition. Sorry!
