BRRealServer - An accurate UK and NW Europe

Post by Leanden »

From the Developers that brought you BRTrains, we are working on a side project BRRealServer which is a Team Effort to replicate an accurate simulation of the UK and some area of NW Europe in Openttd and eventually release as a complete Scenario.

The map is made from the UK v3.0 Heighmap on Bananas and stretched to 8k x 8k with No Towns or Industries at the start. (Roads will be laid out for the towns and buildings added later). And all of this is done using JGR Patchpack.

Team Members:
Leanden
The Gwyd
Pilot
Doorslammer

For some reason i decided to start with Paris Gare du Nord which is now complete with accurate Track diagrams and Platforms.

So, Whilst Leanden has been busy in Paris and with the Eurotunnel, I've been working away up north. I started with the North Wales Coast, and this is now completed as far as Chester, as well as both the Llandudno and Conwy Valley branches. I've also completed the lines to Wrexham General and Central, and swiftly moved onto the Wirral. All is of course very much a work in progress, but here are some screens of what I've been up to.

Also, excuse the missed Quay sidings at Llandudno Jn, just realised I've missed them

Bit small in scale, but I guess it'll do. For now. Proceed.
