script bad rail / replacement signal

Its exist script:
- to detect bad rail like: if a rail are no join, delete him?
- to replace signal 1 distance by 8 distance without remove rail?

And if you press CTRL while dragging in the direction, it will remove all signals up to the next split/join/station/waypoint. If you then do that while placing signals, it will place signals every X tiles, where X is set on the signal toolbar.
