I had to turn of images on my browser cuz i got a headace by the background, no offense dominion, i get headace for seeing to bright stuff.

Hmm yes I just thought about other celebrations going on and have done a special Hanukah image.
I'm sorry if I've spelt Hanukah wrong - some sites had it spelt that way and others Hanukkah.

Note that it's not only cristians that celebrate cristmes, but we non-cristians think of it as a nice tradition rather then a celebration of the birth of jesus. Same ar non-cristians use the cristian year, ie its 2003 now. How crap wouldn't it be to say like "we are celebrating year 64.234.607.234 !"

I have a good friend who is Wiccan, she celebrates Winter Solstise, which actually is a Wiccan holiday.
See, the Christians wanted to convert the "pagans." But they wanted to keep their winter festival. Hence, that's why Christmas is when it is. Same reason Easter is when it is.

Do you not wonder why it moves about every year? Since Jesus was crucified at the time when the Jews were celebrating passover, Christians use the Jewish calendar to determine when that will be each year.
