Is the E:\ drive external on your computer?
Did you download the tool directly onto your own computer, or did you download it on someone else's and transfer it?

@EDS: exgtel.dat is in the Chicargo Locomotive Works. I have it my "Serpent" ObjData folder.

Its the exhaust of the Gas turbine locomotives

Yes it true it is the exhaust for the GTELs in Plastikman's LTD. 3 UP pack found on the AMI website.

Its a Dekosoft Burlington Northern auto rack FA89 but with a slightly different name: DKBFA891.dat
