Expand towns deletes industries while editing savegame

One of my towns just got smaller and smaller with lots of gaps so I decided to expand it in the editor
To my surprise it deleted industries around it, but my stations still accepted the cargo

F.e. an oilrefinery dissapeared, but the station still accepted oil

Please could someone fix this, town expansion can't delete industries
