...and it's still owercrowded on weekdays. Currently, the "trunk-line" of the "S-Bahn" between the Munich Main and -East Stations is upgraded to allow 33 Trains per hour and direction in the future.

Right in the middle of the state really. Syracuse to be exact. If you have ever taken the Thruway you passed right by it. We have five exits! 8)
Yes, whenever I take the bus, it makes a stop at Syracuse. The only time I got out on the bus terminal place at Syracuse was to buy some PEPSI and those peanut butter crackers.
Yeah, so you have done almost all there is to do.

thats without the busses/trams, and u forgot to add that while upgrading the trunk-line (its a tunnel though the city center) they close it, all day on sundays (they still do that?) which is fun, and they occisionally have to close the tunnel during the day cuz something went wrong. i once had to get from ostbahnhof to isartor and it took me 45-50 min cuz the tunnel was closed, (it was open the next day and it took me 5 min)

Well, I've not forgotten totally, as it's not that much fun if you want to get somewhere on sundays. I have to travel through the city (and beyond) to vistit my parents, so I've experienced the closures...
And they still do it, yes. The tunnel is closed on all weekends (Saturday 20:00 to Monday 04:30) in November and again in the new year. A total of 56 weekend-closures is necessary for complete refurbishment.

We have a well expanded streetcar and bus service in The Hague. You can click on an interactive map to see all the lines there are.
