They are my own edited .DAT files of locomotives and whatnot for personal use. Changed power/speed/dates to correspond and work within a pre-1900 scenario.

Well, many of them were snagged off of your site, here and Locomotionfanbase or whatever before that died. There was this one spanish site too, but I can't for the life of me remember what it is.

But I don't know how to make, convert or create models and put the into a program that could make it a vehicle. I need someone to make the vehicles and teach me how to make them into vehicles.
Never heard of it but I would say the chances of you getting a slew of new models like that is slim as not many modders are turning out new work on a constant basis and since when did RCT come into Lomo? Same creator that is all
ps I thought the 1900 limit was hard coded into the game as your starting point? While you can set an earlier date to an item for it's appearance like Plastik has done with some of his US steamers I didn't think you could start prior to 1900
Rollercoaster Tycoon's Engine is the same as Locomotion's; It was, but I found a way around it; and have you seen the default vehicles, they were to begin with.
I'd be making Locomotion Expanded if I didn't despise using WALLY.
