Freeze time and economy

Post by Sodeka »

Hi !

Im new to this forum and I've been playing OpenTTD for a few weeks now so i have some questions for you guys

1)Is there a mod/trick to prevent industries from moving out/having infinite resources?
Nothing more annoying than to build a line of x km to realize that the refinery / oil well / farm closed X(

And more important, is there mods that are MUST HAVE for this game ? I've been playing it vanilla and it works fine, well except for the limited ressources.

Sure, you can use Manual Industries.

it should be available from the in-game download menu. just download it there and add it to the NewGRF settings afterwards (will only apply to new games, not games you already started)
