This is my first post, and i do not know how to do much with mods (except install them) but i have a question, can someone give me links to all the sites with downloads for making mods? a tutorial would be appreciated as well.

These are mods, i was looking for link to a website that lets you make mods. I have vehicle creator but dont know how to make sprites. A tutorial on how to make sprites would be appreciated.

You have first to install the version 0.07. Then overwrite the version 0.08.

Ok so I am new to this whole "mod" thing, on the website that people have put in their posts, I put it in a the Locomotion folder under Atari, do I require some app to upload it to the game or is it in the game on its own and is there any way to view screenshots on this website people have referred to. Any feedback is welcome.
