Anybody who tried decompiling object files by locotool?

Talk about the new mobile version of Transport Tycoon (for iOS and Android) released in 2013.

Anybody who tried decompiling object files by locotool?

I know TT2013 is not that expensive to buy, but Google Play complained that my phone is incompatible with the game :cry: . I really want to hear someone who would like to try to investigate the compatibility of the game objects with those of Locomotion :bow:

I've not tried it on TT2013 yet, but I've successfully decompiled, edited, and recompiled another Android game before, so it may be possible.

Although I did not use anything by the name of "locotool" to do that.

The files that comprise the content in TTM are not compatible with locotool. This is an entirely separate game.

I'm guessing that downloading Locotool can only be done on Android devices?

I wish it could be edited, but I doubt the possibility.

As there seems to be some confusion over what the focus of this topic is, I'm locking it before anyone gets any ideas. There will be no discussion of attempting to "decompile" the game APK here - that is most certainly not on. It's not Locomotion with an Android wrapper, and you won't be able to magically import all your LoMo trains into TTM or make your own modifications to the in-game elements unless the developers open up a way to do so. A lot of things have changed since the 90s when anyone with a command prompt and WinZip could mod a game.
