updates?

i know its very quiet here - normally smalley is around but i haven't heard any proper updates

as soon as there are updates worth mentioning i'll post them here :-)

i'm currently still working on the module editor (you will understand the long development time when using the editor). afterwards i create the vehicle editor. and THEN i can start working on road construction, vehicle movement and all those really interesting simulation aspects :-)

Well, there are small updates, but nothing worth presenting them. I'm currently improving the GUI functionality, since I need a kind of internal "web browser" (but not a real one) to display the in-game-wiki.

sounds intersting also could have some features example web controls for some features - example traffic lights or such

nice - i see stairway in screenshots so means people can go up and down - i was thinking maybe add elevator - three types of that
the sizes should be good idea - large elevator holds 20 people or 20 crates while small one can hold 10 people and 10 crates
also escalators for commercial buildings


1: Passenger elevator

2: freight elevator

3: mixed elevator



just asking why the release dates changed - the alpha and beta - both been moved to 1 year ahead
i wished to play on xmas or before

i want the release dates to be as accurate as possible. currently i cannot imagine an alpha version being released this year. thus i changed the date to 2014.

depends on my professional situation in 2013/2014. just follow the posts on p1sim.org. as long as there are no screenshots of running trains, you shouldn't expect the release date to be soon.

woah the latest updates look nice

but the days needs be divided in weekdays and weekends - a different traffic patterns

also the hours in day sounds good but could be adjusted example i set the world clock eg sun rises starts at 7 am and sun goes down at 6pm - making flexible also seaons (this could be done later)
