The default industry window text can be quite useless, especially 'cargo waiting to be processed' when production cb is used.
Proposal: set a flag in register during CB 3A, to disable all the default industry window text. This enables complete control of that window by newgrf.
If needed, newgrf authors can rebuild information such as 'Production last month (% transported)' themselves, sufficient varaction 2s are available for this.
