Where i can download "GRF creator"

If not, do so.
Did you find a download link?
If so, use it.
Did you find any claims that it has been released?
If not, there's a pretty good chance it hasn't been released yet.

To get a good answer, ask a Smart Question. Similarly, if you want a bug fixed, write a Useful Bug Report. No TTDPatch crashlog? Then follow directions.

Satyaaji: It says here that 'GRFcreator' wasn’t completed and 'GRFMaker' is what you should use. There is a wiki page on it here, and a discussion on it here

cause i want to learn how to making a new GRF and still confuse what kind GRF tool that can be use

Notepad, grfcodec, nforenum and some pcx and palette-compatible graphics editor. (GIMP possibly)

If you can't find some of those programs,
grfcodec, nforenum (or get them from DaleStan's signature)
PS: And I stopped the propaganda to support Dave Worley since he got a nice new red hat now.[/color]

Badger: stop the backset moderating please. If you spot a rule violation, report it. Don't mess up a topic with replies about the rule violation.
