(More) Japanese Town Names

I realised I didn't have enough Japanese town names to populate the large map I wanted to play on, so went to work on my first NewGRF!

This was only possible thanks to the 'Japanese City Names' NewGRF making their source code available so I could (quite easily!) figure out how to put together my own town names set.

-It includes around 1600 place names, covering each municipality type (city, town, village, special ward). City names are weighted loosely by population, so big cities -- Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, etc. -- should be picked first. Towns & villages are less likely to appear than cities.

-These sources are a little out of date, so it isn't 100% coverage of current Japan. But it's pretty close!

-Includes lists in English (romaji) & Japanese (kana or kanji). You'll need to change the game fonts to something that supports Japanese characters if you opt for the Japanese versions.

-I removed duplicates, so the romaji/kana lists are slightly smaller than kanji list. (some place names sound identical, but are written with different characters).
