This GRF disables fic+towns TTRS and the iron horse addon.
Please fix this or maybe contact the other grf devs to fix their coding.

This NewGRF intentionally disables Fic Towns, due to a spat with that author. Does anyone have a version of this NewGRF from before that ****** sabotaged me? Not only that, I think he updated this NewGRF after he left to block the Iron Horse Addon, because I didn't know about it until now.

It seems he disabled a lot of things across his various NewGRFs. I was going to take a look to see how far he went so I went to download the latest versions of each of his NewGRFs that were updated around that time. But they weren't on the in game content downloader. I thought maybe he would have changed the available versions so that nobody could access them; sounds like someone might do.
So I checked the BaNaNaS website; you can escape the in game content downloader but you can't removed it from BaNaNaS wholesale... or can you? I went to the NewGRF list on the website https://bananas.openttd.org/en/newgrf/ and searched the page for Cars Cars, M Cars and even just "cars". But nothing of his came up. It's time to get out the tin foil hats

The URL is where in-game content gets its content from. If you have a game that uses the older version, and that older version was uploaded, it will then download that older version. I think his projects were banned from BaNaNaS because he refused to remove the disabling of other people's GRFs when ordered to. Even if he was right about me being angry/crazy (which he wasn't, in the sense that I wasn't causing huge problems because of it at the time of his complaint), when the staff tell you it's unacceptable you are supposed to listen.kamnet wrote: ↑12 Aug 2019 16:44The URL is where in-game content gets its content from.
