Trying to find ECS version 1.2.0, but only see version 1.1.2 on Bananas.
Looking at this wiki http://www.tt-wiki.net/wiki/ECS_Town_Vector it appears like 1.2.0 should exist.
Any help would be appreciated.

It doesn't yet exist. It may never exist other than a proposed spec by George.
