always remember to refit for the cargo you want to transport, even if you think its already fitted right out of the depot. Avoids head aches.

Will there ever be a 32bpp version of eGRVTS? It would be nice to have all the extra trucks and busses from eGRVTS in 32bpp

Hi,

i am playing Openttd v1.5 with FIRS 1.4.3 Heart of Darkness economy and egrvts 2.0 r1.88, i started in the year 1830 but there are no refit options for horse drawn carriages to transport coffee

Please can this be added if possible

Edit : There is a download in this thread which fixes the above issue - problem solved

i downloaded eGRVTS2.0 r189 to fix an issue listed in the post above regarding transporting coffee in 1830

The refit capacities are now different to those in r188

In r189 the 4 horse carriage with 8 crates of goods can only be refit to 4 tonnes instead of 8 tonnes in r188, is this change intentional?

I've been playing OpenTTD for a while now with GRVTS 1.4 32bpp. It is a lovely set. :bow: You did mention this though...
I am slowly working on an updated eGRVTS at the moment, 32bpp graphics for that might follow after that...
Will we ever see eGRVTS 32bpp?

I´m playing Open TTD on Android. How can I download GRVTS 32bp ? I can´t find it in the GRF List, and the link doesn´t work .__.

If you can download a file to a designated directory, then download the grf file from this post, and save it in ~/.openttd/newgrf directory.

It should be in recent OpenTTD stable and nightly versions, should be under eGRVTS 2

As there are 218 different vehicles in the set, that would make for a rather long list. But in general, a whole class of vehicles are introduced more or less simultaneously. For instance, the 5-ton (internal combustion) truck appears in 1900. The 10-ton ditto in 1915, the 15-ton in 1930, and then the 25-ton around 1940. The first articulated truck, the 35-tonner, comes around 1950, and the first long articulated truck around 1960.

For all the games I've played with this excellent vehicle set, I'm unable to remember the rest, but at that point it ceases to feel important.

I've started to compile a list, because I've actually missed it myself :) Please be a little patient.

Love this mod, the trucks and trams are FANTASTIC!!!! :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: The only problem is that the road vehicles are a bit too cheap making them OP, so maybe a parameter to adjust vehicle costs would be benficial.

I would agree, when using Generic vehicles with other road vehicle sets, you have trucks and busses that cost a couple hundred to buy and run, and then you have stuff from other sets that cost a couple thousand.
