The short answer is no

The slightly long answer is my programming skills are not up to the challenge.

If someone else feels like doing it be my guest

It appears that this mod deletes all the other road vehicles, apart from buses.

Yes. Almost all road-vehicle NewGRFs will disable the default vehicle set.
The OpenGFX+ RVs set provides default-ish vehicles if you want to keep using them with another NewGRF set. Or Bob's other set, which matches these quite nicely.

Hello, I am sorry to reopen a old thread but,,,

I am a very big fan of this NewGRF and just wondered if there is any future updates to come. I would also like to suggest some ideas, I would like to suggest another modern double deck bus to add some variation like a Wright Eclipse Gemini or Enviro 400 that stays in the game and doesnt dissapear after a ceartain year, and also another reasonbly modern single deck bus like a Marshall Capital or somthing Wright bus based like a Wright Cadet or Pulsar. I just wanted to suggest these as I think this is a fantastic GRF with a lot of potential and somthing like the things I suggested would make it truly great. My only complaint is that most busses go out of the game after a certain year and I know this is true to real life but it is a shame if you play games for a very long time as you dont have as much choice choise after a certain year.

Thanks.

I am pleased you like the set. Thanks for your suggestions, however I'm not really playing the game right now so development is moribund. I may come back to this but I wouldn't expect anything soon

Really sorry for dragging up an old thread, but there's a bug in OpenTTD 1.6.1:

When playing with buses in the 1940's, I have found that they don't omit diesel fumes, they spark!!!

Has something changed in OpenTTD trunk to cause this behaviour?

I adore the set btw :)

I'm really please you like the set

I don't recall any problems when I wrote the set, but I'm not playing OTTD any more, and haven't the time to investigate

You probably should post it under OpenTTD devolopment. Might indicate a problem in OpenTTD code affecting newgrf.
