From memory, anything pre-1920 in TTDPatch should be available from the start of the game, Michael, if not its a bug. ;)

It's impossible now but should be in later versions of MariCo.

Hello. It is possible to set the introduction date earlier? Now it appears around 1920. I'm playing from 1850 and I can't build them.

I have small problem using this newgrf (See image). I cannot see any objects in NewObject menu. Neither in scenario editor nor in gameplay. I am using openttd-trunk-r22318-windows-win64, game was started from year 2000.
No other newgrfs were loaded, only maricow.grf ( v0.2 15.12.2010 )

I think those are not avalaible after 2000... try earlier date.

And about ther version to use, the only thing that matter is: it need to be a version 1.1 or upper (if i m not wrong of course)

Thanks. 1900 is too early, but in 1950 I can see some objects :-)

Michael, would be nice if you mention availability time in readme file. Thanks for nice moles :-)

The code in TTDPatch still handles pre-1920 dates for objects correctly, or should.
So its not a limitation of the implementation but of the newgrf author's choosing.

There´s a new version in the works, supporting a larger timeframe for object building.

Great work Michael! I just love it!

Unfortunately... I think I've found a small glitch in v0.22. You've mentioned that the number of sailboats in a marina varies during the seasons. I've left them all year around and they remained the same. However, I (accidentaly) passed the cursor over the marina and they changed (decreased/increased in number) - seemed like I have an eraser in hand. A glitch possibly?

They still stop being available at 2050 for some reason. (probably some stupid ttdpatch limitation  )

Also, I like the way the seasonal change is correct for the southern hemisphere; in summer in January, there are no boats in the marina because everyone's gone out for a boat ride in the nice weather :P
