Basque town name generator

Hi,

This GRF generates random town names in a Basque fashion, which is a language spoken in northern Spain and south western France. It includes 31 prefixes and 20-something suffixes. It still needs a few things to be tweaked, like different cases for double vowels (which are not so common but can be actually found in Basque language).

Feedback and help from native speakers is appreciated.
