Is there any possibility to use this, TTRS and original houses all at once to create the ultimate city replacement set :lol:

If you load both NewGRF town sets and set their parameters to keep TTDX houses, that should work, yes.

'xcept when i load both TTRS and Swedish Houses only the latter took effect.

I just tried it out, and it's working on my end. Did you look carefully? TTRS buildings can kinda hog the limelight so perhaps the SH buildings were just slightly hidden. The query tool can help with that as it lists the NewGRF set that buildings belong to (among other things).

Aside from that: which versions of the sets did you load? What's the starting date? How did you configure the parameters?

Using the nightly version of TTRS that pushes back introduction dates of buildings has fixed the problem. It was caused by that bug.
