Andy, hi. Is it possible to change liveries of dock and depots near fishing harbours? it can make a sense if you'd like to use it like a part of the existing fishing harbour

I can't think of a practical way to do that. There's no way to communicate between stations / depots and industries. Sorry :)

Yes, they're new :)

@anyone, is refit capacity info needed in the buy menu? (and I mean 'needed', not 'nice') Try refitting a vehicle ferry to see what I mean...

Max cacity in the details window might be nice, that is, if all cargos the ship loads is the same value across all refits

Yep, just one little thing: the paddle steamer seems a little fast (36 km/h vs. 32 max for diesel ferries).

I only wish there was a scenario or hieght map that made using ships fun, I wanna have ships ferrying cargo over un-bridgeable water bodies have have nice looking sea ports. One of these days I'd love to use the huge ship to transport crap loads of cargo and goods over seas or oceans.

ALso it'ed be nice if there was a proper great lakes or mississippi river hieght map or scenario to use lakers and river boats on

This is based on real life speeds, in the golden age of paddle steamers, companies competed to have the fastest ships.

Might not be right for gameplay though :)

Well, in the end it's you who decides how to play ;). I usually play with a lengthy map 250x1024, a sea level that forms about 4 islands, where I prohibit myself building large bridges or do a lot of terra forming. But regarding multiplayer, I haven't played online since the introductun of the terra forming limit so I wouldn't't know how that works out.

Can't this be offset by a (much) slower loadingspeed? That way the diesels might be more attractive in modern times.

E.g. you can view it in your browser and need no graphics programme to view, your file systems preview can show it etc.

What planetmaker said, plus fewer processing steps. Previously I had to export psd to png, then batch process to pcx.

Also I've noticed that PCX creates larger images. Also, PCX is a dated format, PNG is newer and far more supported then PCX
