I'm not sure what you are looking for from inside INFRA Landscape but it might be in one of the INFRA Green files located here.

AFAIK there is no INFRA landscape GRF in the form like for example OpenGFX+Landscape.
There is an INFRA Foundations GRF and Trees GRFs, those can be found here:

Yeah, it may well be easier to increase the max loaded grf limit via a patch than to recompile a combined version of the two grfs...

1. Follow this link to Simuscape Downloads. (This is a good page to add to your bookmarks.)
2. When you arrive there, scroll down and click on INFRA Archives.
3. Look there for INFRA Roads.

Did you check in the Objects GUI?

I thought so, but I had to make sure about exactly what you were looking for.
This is not a road surface replacement set. SAC never did one of those. You must use a road replacement set of your own choosing and then you can use SAC's road objects to add decoration.
Suggestion: Check BaNaNaS for the Sweedish Road Set. This is not SAC's work but she is from Sweden.
Note that SAC will often draw something she likes and paste it onto a screenshot. This does not mean that she released it as a GRF.

Discussing personal details about various member is really not relevant in a topic asking for Graphics. Also, SAC will also often create a NewGRF for her own personal use, with no intention of ever releasing it for public use or only after a significant period of time (often years).
