For start - I am aware that for it to be included in NoAI API I would need to make a patch. But I want to check is there something that makes it clearly impossible/unwanted.

In some situations it is a good idea to extend station to catch additional industry/building. Doing it with railway station with track is ugly - as it would result in bits of tracks unconnected to anything. It would look even worse for extending truck stations.

But some newgrf give railess railway station tiles - is it possible to make them usable for AIs (AIRail::BuildNewGRFRailStationWithoutRail)?
