1. Increase Income Tax on any income gained by Open Addict, increase Value Added Tax on any Income Tax Open Addict receives. Increase Fuel Duty Tax on the fuel that Open Addict uses up on his present to himself. (A big hulking SUV!) Create Environment Tax *gasp* And increase Value Added Tax to 99999999999998% on all SUVs! (If it cost £30,000 base value it would then cost him £2,999,999,999,999,400!) Create a no quits law on those laws meaning that he could do two things: buy the car and end up in poverty, or take over IKEA.

I have fallen off a brick ledge and broken my skull before, it wasn't very nice. My skull had to be super glued back together.
The result is I have a square-ish corner on my head.
