Guess the Bus

Post by Railwaymodeler »

Well, we have guess the train, car, truck, and plane. What else do we need?

RIGHT!!!!

Guess the BUS!

Same as any other game, mostly. Just correctly identify the bus, and it's your turn then.

Can be from your home country, or not. Doesn't matter.

Preferrably, blot out unit numbers at least, and run boxes if you can, particularly for your own pictures.

Anyway, here we go:

railwayman is closest. Not an MCI product, nor a Ford, though Milwaukee had these, along with most transit agencies, in the '60s and '70s.

One town close to Milwaukee still runs them!

It is a New Look, a TDH-5301 to be exact.

When this unit was made, the plate on the front said 'GM', contrasted to the late Fishbowls (Or New Looks) that did say 'GMC'.

John's turn!

Well, clearly I don't need to show more the picture, as indeed it is from that route.

Still however need the bus name and type (and the manufacturer)...

Correct

The Chassis is a Volvo B7LA, the body is not.

I'm still after the body...

The person who gets the name this vehicle is sold as in the UK gets it
