I think you might have to give a clue.

It's probably a 19th century building, I'd have said, built in a castle-like style. The people on the right appear to be looking out at a view and there's a suggestion of some sort of low wall with ornamental battlements.

All of which suggests its an old castle "restored" in the Victorian era as a fashionable home. But that doesn't really help.
