Mostly Corret :)
Two points for class was because it also were called AG "Blue Ridge" class locomotives for the Virginian Railway

No sorry, Rollo.

It´s not a ballast tamping machine, but what ISA wrote "It collects the snow, instead of plowing it far away!" is correct. Although a quite interesting method, that wasn´t my "special" question. :cool:

So, all we know until now, is that it´s a Russian-built snow plough, type SM2M. But all other questions are still open.


Hint: that "special question" isn´t about that snow plough, it´s about the railway line.
