Great, so that's a Class 450. I'm pretty sure that's Liss, but I'm having a go on Hilsea.

It's a 458 which suggests the Windsor/Reading/Weybridge via Chertsey lines, but a photo of one in an unusual place would be a good trick...
I'm going to stick with their regular stomping ground though, and have an educated guess at Bracknell because the fence matches.
