So we're likely looking at Wales then, or somewhere between Liverpool and Stoke/Stafford. Lack of wires would suggest the former, so, I'm going for a random Welsh station, Ruabon?

Okay, I guess we need a bit of a clue. The amount of people on the platform in this picture is more than the daily average for passengers from this station nowadays.
