Looks to be PEP stock. I wanted to say Colchester town but the PEP rules that out I guess... The bay at Romford?

Looks like mk3 EMU (321 most likely) to me- PEPs appear to taper inwards slightly from below the windows... Either way, someone who's on Facebook could do with reminding Andel about it!
