It is Dungeon Keeper b/c Dungeon Keeprr 2 or Deeper Dungeon box art looks different. Dungeon Keeprr 2 has to characters fully depicted on box art.

Have to guess it, an old racing game you tell me, hmm..
Gee, I wouldn't have a clue, the only classic racing games I know are Outrun, Ironman: Off-road and Sky-roads. (Anyone of you know these?)

The only guess what might come close is Big Red Racing, but I highly doubt that answer..
