A while back, I thought of the amazing idea to recreate the Nederlandse Spoorwegen(Dutch railway network) in OpenTTD! This has soon expanded to include Arriva, and one Thalys service!


*I have most of the routes coming out of Amsterdam Centraal
Im not including Zuid and other stations for main cities!



IMPORTANT: This save will only open in JGR Patch Pack v0.20!

*Work on lines coming out of Weert
*Expand into Germany more

Edit: Forgot to include the scenario that I based it off of! The Netherlands by Purno! :)(Thx for the amazing scenario!)

Important EDIT 2: Make sure to check back here for periodic updates for files, as I will be replacing old versions!


Morning EDIT:

This save is currently working towards the establishment of all rail links into and out of the Netherlands, a tiny country west of Germany next to Belgium. Nederlanse Spoorwegen is the national rail company, however there are private operators who also run rail services, such as Arriva.

This save has at most 3 trains per service as I don't want overcrowding. The main rail stations are in Amsterdam, The Hague(Den Haag), Rotterdam, and Utrecht. All track is Standard Rail electrified at 1500V DC. This allows Sprinter services and Intercity services to run. The rolling stock is accurate to the services they run, except the Intercity Direct services, where I use a fictional locomotive.

Great work , signal at Alkmaar entrance to station just after level crossing ,pointing wrong way ?
