Transport Tycoon Deluxe Dosbox

I need help with the old DOS game Transport Tycoon Deluxe (TTD) . I want to play the DOS Version of the game with DOSBox. When I tested it with this trick:

than there is the problem: Can't adjust svga. When I want to play it with vdm sound there is this problem: The system can not open the COM2 port
And when I want to play the game without any help of a programm there is the problem: Error reading registory!

I hope somebody can help me!

Could you tell us what you changed so instructions for using DOSBox can be created and/or fixed, please?

OK to run the Dos-game do that:

1.Download dosbox and install it on this folder:C:\Program Files\DOSBox-0.74
2.Install the game (start install.exe on the cd in the folder English) and install it under C:\MPS\TTDLX
3.copy the folders from the cd to C:\MPS\TTDLX
4.Open Notepad and paste this:

autolock= false

machine= svga_s3
captures= C:\Documents and Settings\Sebastian\Local Settings\Application Data\DOSBox\capture

[render]

core= normal
cycles= 15000

[autoexec]
cls
@ECHO OFF
mount c "C:\MPS\TTDLX"
c:
cd \
Tycoon.bat
exit


And save it under dosbox in C:\MPS\TTDLX
5.Make a shortcut to this folder(s):

"C:\Program Files\DOSBox-0.74\DOSBox.exe" -conf "C:\MPS\TTDLX\dosbox.conf" -noconsole

And now start the game with this shortcut...and it runs...
