How to build them. i have at least five diffrent versions, but when I build them only one end will get the engine. How to get them both ends.

It's also a TTDPatch feature, and has been since long before OpenTTD was first released.
To get a good answer, ask a Smart Question. Similarly, if you want a bug fixed, write a Useful Bug Report. No TTDPatch crashlog? Then follow directions.

"only one end will get the engine" suggests he's talking about the normally double-ended trains. I seem to remember in some versions of TTDP you always had to ctrl-click to build the second head, but the OP hasn't told us what game or what version he's playing.
