HELP - Old LNWR Seating Arrangements

Post by Leanden »

I wondered if anyone could help me, i've been looking at old LNWR passenger carriages, but i can't work out the seating capacity from their internal layout code, and there doesnt appear to be a guide as to what the letters mean:

Code: Select all

Re: HELP - Old LNWR Seating Arrangements

Taking a wild stab, I am going to assume "1x12" in the first diagram is 12 Seats in 1st Class (as it's listed as a FRK, so, First Class only). 3x something would be Third Class. I am unsure that the different Lavatories mean (LavV vs LavT, perhaps a lavatory in one end compartment vs one on the end of a corridor for the whole carriage?)

I'll have a dig around and see if I can find any more concrete information.
