When AIs Go Rogue

What's the beauty of AIs? That they enhance your experience, that they're so varied?
Of course not. It's when they go all funky!

Here is SimpleAI, being a lot more A than I. However, somewhat true to its intention on replicating the original AI (rip) I suspect..

I'm currently playing lots of AI matches to get a feel and test many of them as I try to learn stuff, and figure out how bots typically or are expected to react to events and other such, so I may come across more than this example, if i find a particularly comedic one, I'll add to this, but please, feel free to add to this yourself, and it may help to specify which AI it is, if not so the owner of the AI can come and see if its behaving as they intended or not.

Amazing replication of the original AI there.

Meanwhile, the AdmiralAI could not be said to be afraid of investment, when it gets off the launchpad at least!

Crazily after many years of maximizing its utility by spending all its cash flow straight away, the company mysteriously went bankrupt after mysteriously stopping a number of its trains in their depots. I don't know if this is a problem caused by RUKTS in some way.

So anyway I acquired it and its lucrative nuclear routes plus planes and road vehicles for a song.

Few more... interesting plays by AIs.

ChooChoo AI who seemingly went straight to Plan Z for this route.

Here is SynTrans. How many airports do you think you need for 15 aircraft, dozen, maybe a few dozen? Try 194!

it took several years, possibly due to lucrative flight routes, but it did indeed go under after that lavish spending spree.

AIs love spending. Preferably on airports, but even as a human player with a big cargodist passenger network I find they can be a real strain on a company.

ChooChoo also having the same issues, but hey, they get to have a good view of Whitstable as they go around the U bend!

Pathfinding seems to be a bit of an issue for some AI!
